Overview
Though experiencing a death can be a life-changing event for anyone, adolescence is a crucial period of development. Our Teen Program is designed to meet the unique psychosocial needs of adolescents in 8th to 12th grades who have experienced the death of a parent or sibling. The program incorporates a variety of free social outings and expressive arts-based workshops in order to meet a wide range of teens’ interests, skills, comfort levels, and communication styles.
TCR Teen Program events are both in-person and virtual depending on the month.
- Connect with other teens from TCR!
- Take a break and enjoy a fun, new activity!
- All from the convenience of your own home!
The Children’s Room also offers teen-focused grief peer support groups, currently available in-person! Please see our Peer Support Groups for more information.
